Food Pyramid

Well, as promised. I am learning some cool stuff. Go to www.mypyrmaid.gov and make your own "food pyramid", according to the new health guidelines. I really like this site. It is about being healthy, not doing a fad diet. These are guidelines that you can live by. Play around on the site, let me know what you think!
Note: www.mypyramid.gov/planner/launchpage.aspx is a great way to track your intake and exercise! Making sure you get the healthy recommended daily requirements!
