Excited

I am very excited. I am working on my continuing education credits for my AFAA Certification, I am taking two course on obesity and exercise and nutrition. In my quest to use my passion of fitness and health to glorify Christ, this knowledge will definitely come in handy! Check back often as I'm sure I'll be posting "nuggets of new knowledge" here often!
