It has been a few days since I've posted! Life got busy! And, though I don't usually post personal info here, I just have to let you know where I've been! This past weekend, my daughter was crowned Miss Florida Teen USC 2009. Proud? You bet! She did an amazing job (in my personal opinion),she flowed in her evening gown and looked toned in her swim suit! Of course, everyone thinks I work her out and put her on an exercise routine. I would love to get credit, however, she dances about 5 hours a week and eats healthy (other than her sugar addiction). Just goes to show that you don't have to get in the gym or buy expensive equipment. I am very proud that both of my children enjoy exercise, wether it be on the basketball court or the dance studio, and have learned the importance of taking care of their health by example.
