While teaching my early morning kickbox class today, we were all singing along to Black Eyed Peas, but I changed the words to ...today's gonna be a great, great day! I believe it's up to us as individuals to make a great day and stop relying on others to do that for us. Written on the chalk board, (that a fab friend made for me), is "smile, it's contagious".
How can you change someone's day for the better today? I pray that in class, I made someone smile.
