Today I had a wonderful surprise of running with an old friend (well, she's younger than me, but rather, long time friend)! The weather is getting hot and sticky and we worked up a sweat! We almost stepped on an armadillo and then watched a momma gator laying in the creek about 10 ft from the road!!!
It is good to be back at the gym, I'm assuming others are thinking like I am, there were 17 in class today! It is so great to be back and laughing with "my girls" (and men).
If anyone is interested, I'll be running at the Hammock around 9:30 on Wednesday. It should be cool and breezy:). Yippee!! You can run at your own pace, sometimes it's just nice to know others are "around and supportive".

Please keep telling us when you'll be at the Hammock running. I'd love to join you on the days my schedule will let me! If I weren't getting my hair cut tomorrow at 9:00, I'd see you then.
