I have friends asking me to infuse them with encouragement and energy! You know I will do my best,haha. I will start by praying for you. It really is tough to stay motivated day after day to eat healthy and exercise. But, to me, what is the alternative? If I don't work out, I feel sluggish and lacking energy. If I eat horribly, (not just a meal, but several), I ask, was it worth it? Some days, the answer is most definitely yes. But, it's all in moderation! When I eat healthy and hydrate well, I have more energy and feel light on my feet, which in turn, usually produces a much better workout or run.
On the days that I just don't feel like doing anything, I usually can push myself to go for a walk. I will 100% confirm that I feel more energized after I do that. Try it, let me know if it DOES NOT work for you!
Try to drink a little more water today and one more veggie than you'd usually eat!
Get up and move!!!
p/s Don't let restaurant salads fool you, I recently saw a comparison on the Today Show. One Chicken Caesar salad is the equivalent to 10 scoops of regular vanilla ice cream!!!! Educate yourself!
