I am so excited. Beth Plank and I have been hard at work on getting "Grow Strong" Fitness up and running! We will be having early registration on Mon. Aug 24 and Tues. Aug 25, from 8-10 a.m. Classes will officially start on Wednesday. Drop by and see what we're all about!
