Have you ever considered setting a fitness goal? No matter how big or how small it might seem? What about working out in some form for 20 minutes 5 straight days in a row? Doing 5 military style pushups? Walking 3 miles? Running 3 miles? It is so encouraging to your well being when you set goals, stick to them and accomplish them. Then you set another little goal, you get the picture!
Anyone interested in walking or running their first 5K? There will be a firecracker 5K at the Highlands Hammock State Park on July 4th, start time 7:30. Yep, it's hot, but it's early enough to avoid the sun and there are many people right there with ya.

I need to come up with a goal! At least one I can reach.
