This spring break has definitely been a much slower work out pace than I am used to. But, I am a firm believer of giving the body time to rest and heal. I am pretty rough on my body with my workouts, so I purposely am laying low this week and will be raring to go on Monday!
I pray that you are finding encouragement from this sight. I have much to post that will give you things to think about, but for now, I must sign off.
