It's Wednesday! Wonderful! Wacky? Wow! haha.
I am "sidelined" from running for now, but that's not going to slow me down! I can walk and I can lift weights and do yoga, so I'm excited for class today! Sometimes I think God does things like this to "slow you down"! And,I hear HIM, I don't have a problem with resting the foot/calf for a bit!
Swim starts next month and I'm excited about resting my "joints" with non-impact exercise! I will be posting details on swim boot camp soon, so keep watching!
It is going to be another gorgeous day, get out and MOVE!!! No matter how fast or slow! Just move!
Just a thought....try having your toast "dry" (no butter) and adding low cal jam, you won't miss the calories and your waist line will think you:).
